Be Responsible !
~~~ Spay and Neuter ~~~
Your Pets
The pet overpopulation is a harsh reality. Be a responsible owner by altering your pet. An altered pet typically does not have marking issues, has a reduced occurrence of certain types of cancer, does not tend to wander, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, will not produce unwanted litters of puppies or kittens that will end up dying in shelters. Statistics show that a WHOPPING 90% of abandoned pets die, PERIOD!!
"If you love them,
then you MUST spay and neuter them!"If having your pet altered is a financial issue, search out the closest spay/neuter clinic. You may first wish to discuss this option with your veterinary professional. Be sure to request pain medication as this may not be offered by a spay/neuter clinic.
"For every animal that dies in a shelter,
someone, somewhere is responsible for its death."
WARNING!! If you are under the age of 18, I highly suggest that you do NOT view the link posted below as there are not only brutal statistics stated, but also very shocking, emotionally charged photos.
